HR Executive, Compensation and Benefits

What you'll be doing
- Assist in Total Performance Management (TPM) administration
- Verify and compute manpower expenses for employee deployment/ secondment
- Process regular monthly and ad-hoc employee payments in line with compensation policies
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compensation processes
- Support HRIS data cleansing initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks such as employee award payouts and user access management
What we're looking for
- Diploma level and above in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
- Similar experience handling HR administration or compensation related will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills for interaction
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and computations
