Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of C&B
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
- Participate in annual merit review cycle, preparing presentation materials for management discussions
- Review and enhance existing benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with employee expectations
- Implement best practices and recommend adjustments to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in compensation and benefits offering
- Prepare and present compensation data reports to senior management, providing insights for decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in C&B in Manufacturing Industry
- Hands-on and open to Regional Role
