**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Specialist to assist the HR Management on assigned daily tasks, including:

  1. FOLLOW UP CLOSELY WITH F&B OUTLET MANAGERS ON PAYROLL MATTERS
  2. CREATE EMPLOYEE RECORDS IN THE PAYROLL SYSTEM, WITH THE RESTAURANTS HEADCOUNT OF 300 EMPLOYEES
  3. CHECK DAILY ATTENDANCE, CALCULATE CASH-IN-LIEU, WORKDAY SALARY, GENERATE REPORTS INCLUDING OVERTIME, PROVISION BONUS
  4. ASSIST IN GENERATING FILES FOR CPF SUBMISSION, SUBMIT ANNUAL IR8A AND TAX CLEARANCE

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proficient in time management, has good communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.
