**Job Description**

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and help drive sales growth and expansion at ADVINTEK.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in business development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed quotas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CRTM and MS Office experience preferred
