We're seeking an experienced APAC Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.
This role demands a deep understanding of the CAD industry and proven field marketing expertise.The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligning with our global objectives while addressing APAC market dynamics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance sales growth and market penetration in APAC.
- Market Research: Collaborate with APAC Sales teams to identify market trends and customer requirements, driving informed marketing decisions.
- Resource Management: Optimize regional marketing resources for maximum ROI.
- Digital Solutions: Assist Global Performance Marketing lead in tailoring digital marketing campaigns for APAC, leveraging SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Event Planning: Coordinate regional events, trade shows, and Channel Partner events, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team and Partners across APAC to boost sales performance and efficiently manage marketing assets.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the global team to produce localized sales and marketing materials, encompassing product documentation, email campaigns, case studies, and social media content.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing activity performance, generating actionable insights for the team.
Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Significant experience in B2B marketing within technology product (preferably software) companies.
- Proven track record working within a Channel Partner business model.
- Deep business acumen with an understanding of design, engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Substantial experience in field marketing, specifically within the CAD industry.
- Prowess in developing and executing integrated marketing plans supporting business strategy.
- Superior planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, adeptly managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Mastery of analytical thinking, skillfully translating complex data into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with online tools such as Figma, Goldcast, ClickUp, and HubSpot is highly valued.
