Roles & Responsibilities

This role focuses on cultivating robust relationships with channel partners, proactively addressing their requirements, and propelling their success through strategic enablement. You will serve as a vital liaison, facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and external partners, to develop and execute customized programs

Responsibilities

  • Drive local ICT channel strategy, optimize partner engagement, and enhance partner capabilities to achieve business goals
  • Recruit new channel partners, build strong relationships with existing partners, and support their sales success
  • Provide comprehensive business enablement, including product training, sales tools, and campaign support, to improve partner performance
  • Lead industry-focused demand generation activities in collaboration with partner marketing teams
  • Partner with technical, engineering, and sales teams to provide robust support to channel partners
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of customized training programs to enhance partner proficiency
  • Analyze channel performance, assess partner outcomes, and develop improvement plans.
  • Integrate ICT industry trends and best practices into channel strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in local ICT channel management, service sales, or partner-facing roles
  • Track record for building and maintaining strong partner relationships
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in channel management, business development, or partner enablement
  • Deep understanding of ICT industry trends and technologies
