About the role
Our client is seeking a talented C&B Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analysing and advising on the company's compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with the organisation's broader objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing
Conducting in-depth analysis of the company's compensation structures, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation
Benchmarking compensation offerings against industry peers and best practices
Participating in annual C&B surveys, interpreting market trends from surveys, and conducting pay analysis
Providing support on compensation schemes i.e. incentive scheme simulation, bonuses
Supporting the implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives, including policy development and communication to employees
Collaborating cross-functionally with HR, finance, and business partners to ensure the efficient delivery of compensation and benefits programs
Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and market trends that may impact the company's compensation strategies
What we're looking for
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst/ Specialist or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Up-to-date knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
