Job Description
A driven and experienced professional to join a dynamic team as an Assistant HR Manager specializing in Compensation & Benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic HR functions within a globally recognized organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full spectrum of HR operations, including employee engagement, retention, performance management, and payroll.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on people management practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Support C&B analysis, training, and related functions to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7-8 years of managerial experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compensation analysis.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Positive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a hands-on approach.
