Roles & Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits / Payroll) to lead the C&B team in the Education Sector. This role will oversee payroll processing for approximately 1,500 employees in Singapore and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-5 HR professionals within the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) department.
  • Oversee and review the full payroll process to ensure accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Approve payroll reports and ensure proper documentation and audit trails are maintained.
  • Develop and refine C&B policies, including salary structures, benefits management, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, such as insurance, leave, and welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to MOM regulations, CPF contributions, IRAS tax reporting, and other statutory requirements.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills for payroll calculations, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with finance and other departments for payroll reconciliation and budgeting.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll and C&B functions.
