Job Overview
Serve as a pivotal support pillar for HR operations at Nanyang Technology University (NTU).
This role oversees the management of Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion, Tenure, and Exit Management processes for faculty members.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of HR Officers to deliver HR administration and advisory support for Faculty matters related to Appointment, Reappointment, Job Changes, Promotion, and Exit management.
  • Evaluate and maintain data accuracy in updates of all entries in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), including hire data, one-time payments, and concurrent appointment updates.
  • Coordinate activities in supporting University-level meetings related to Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, and Promotion.
  • Resolve tasks and enquiries in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Develop processes and procedures to maintain high standards of service quality, efficiency, and governance.
  • Drive or participate in projects and process reviews.
