Benefits and Compensation Lead Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Rewards Professional to lead our Total Rewards team, driving strategic planning and implementation of changes to our Total Rewards Strategy across the Group.

The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with senior leadership teams, P&C Business Partners, and other P&C Specialist Functions to drive harmonisation of total rewards policies across various member companies and regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Total Rewards Advisory: Work closely with senior leadership teams, P&C Business Partners, and other P&C Specialist Functions to drive harmonisation of total rewards policies across various member companies and regions.
  • Market Trends: Manage survey participations and monitor market and legislative changes, conduct impact analysis and internal audits to ensure total rewards practices are compliant with statutory requirements and competitive in the market.
  • Compensation Cycle: Work with P&C Business Partners to plan and manage the execution of the global compensation cycles, including budgeting and accrual, pay position analysis, cycle template/HRIS setup, reporting, and obtaining relevant approval on annual increment and variable bonus, new grant, and vesting for incentive.
