Key responsibilities include:
- Total Rewards Advisory: Work closely with senior leadership teams, P&C Business Partners, and other P&C Specialist Functions to drive harmonisation of total rewards policies across various member companies and regions.
- Market Trends: Manage survey participations and monitor market and legislative changes, conduct impact analysis and internal audits to ensure total rewards practices are compliant with statutory requirements and competitive in the market.
- Compensation Cycle: Work with P&C Business Partners to plan and manage the execution of the global compensation cycles, including budgeting and accrual, pay position analysis, cycle template/HRIS setup, reporting, and obtaining relevant approval on annual increment and variable bonus, new grant, and vesting for incentive.
