Director of Customer Experience Management

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Experience team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer journey

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in customer experience or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

What We Offer

A competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
