Customer Experience and Training Manager

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead our customer experience and training initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while also fostering a culture of service excellence within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty
* Oversee the customer journey with our brand, ensuring each touchpoint is delivered with warmth and empathy
* Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate across departments to address customer feedback and concerns, and implement solutions
* Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Lead and manage a team of customer service trainers
* Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance
**Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field
* Proven experience in customer experience management, with a focus on customer experience and training
* Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum
