Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Lead who can develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive customer service strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize resource allocation and budget management to achieve cost-efficient operations and maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for staff, equipment, and facilities, adhering to corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip team members with essential skills, fostering innovation and collaboration to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Represent the company in stakeholder committees, promoting the brand and driving technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
  • No less than 15 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge in customer service operations and at least 5 years in leadership positions.
  • Prior experience in the tourism industry is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of resource management, compliance, and team development within complex environments.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
