We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director for Contact Centre Excellence to lead our Customer Support team in delivering exceptional customer experience across various touchpoints. The successful candidate will develop and implement customer support strategies, manage processes for continuous improvement, and provide strong leadership to the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Customer Support Strategies: Develop and execute long-term strategy for customer support, analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage Processes for Continuous Improvement: Manage processes for quality management, resourcing planning, and agent training to ensure seamless customer support delivery.
  • Provide Strong Leadership: Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enable them to succeed in their roles.
  • Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Assess emerging technologies and applications to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
  • Implement System Enhancements: Drive end-to-end development and deployment of system enhancements to improve contact centre workflows and support citizens' self-help initiatives.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and enforce efficient interaction management to support case management processes.
  • Analyse Data: Apply data analytics tools, techniques, and technologies to capture, extract, analyse, and present data for management reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Communications, or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in contact centre management, with a proven track record of customer support projects and related work.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships across departments, team player with ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced matrix environment, leadership qualities to effectively manage teams, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
