Contact Centre Operations Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Contact Centre Operations team.



This role will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency.



The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement contact centre strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of contact centre operations
  • Analyse customer feedback and develop data-driven solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, measured by key performance indicators (KPIs)


Requirements



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contact centre operations or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
