Job Overview

National University Health System PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior / Service Team Leader, Group Contact Centre to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Job Summary
As a Senior / Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction in the provision of Contact Centre services. Reporting to the Institution Lead, Group Contact Centre, you will:

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor performance real-time and manage resources effectively.
  • Prepare timely statistics and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Share updates with the team through regular broadcasts.
  • Implement new workflows, improvement initiatives, and changes as required.
  • Supervise Customer Service Associate's (CSAs) performance through regular call/email audits and performance reviews.
  • Conduct periodical training for CSAs when needed.
  • Handle feedback from internal and external parties by conducting investigations and service recovery efforts.

Requirements
National University Health System PTE. LTD. is looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, contact centre environment, or service-related industry. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in leading a team of staff and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mother Tongue is a must. Additionally, the candidate should be able to multitask, work under stress, and exhibit strong communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of SGD $6,500 - $8,000 per month depending on experience.
