We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Programme Manager to join our team at Agape CP Holdings Pte. Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our contact centre programme, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance and service quality of our contact centre staff, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
You will conduct regular audits to ensure the quality of our contact centre operations and provide feedback and recommendations to stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the performance and service quality of our contact centre staff
- Provide coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality of our contact centre operations
- Provide feedback and recommendations to stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma qualification or above
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in contact centre, customer support, and customer service functions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of SGD $60,000 per annum, plus benefits.
