Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive, Customer Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and training a team of customer support executives, ensuring excellent service delivery in the aviation industry.
About the Role
The job requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members. You will be responsible for providing close support to the contact center team, responding to aircraft on ground cases, and developing SOPs and training curriculum.
You will also be involved in goal setting, training, and coaching of team members, planning schedules, and managing duty rosters. Additionally, you will conduct quality control on cases handled by team members and liaise with overseas subsidiaries on SOPs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide close support to contact center team members in daily operations
- Respond promptly to aircraft on ground cases
- Assist in goal setting, training, and coaching of contact center team members
- Plan schedules and manage duty roster
- Develop and update SOPs, processes, and training curriculum
- Conduct quality control on cases handled by contact center team members
- Liaise with overseas subsidiaries on SOPs and processes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma holder, or ITE graduates with working experience
- Two or more years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a technical support, help desk, or contact center environment
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in call center software and processes is preferred
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is SGD 6000 - SGD 9000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
