About the Role

  • We seek a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to provide administrative support to Relationship Managers in our Private Banking division.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of client data and transactions.
  • You will also collaborate with Product Groups, Operations, and other departments as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client servicing or operations within the financial sector is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language is mandatory, given the high demand for services catering to Japanese clients.
