At P2P, we are dedicated to building and managing the full sales cycle of business development. Our approach is built on proactive efforts from every Business Development Manager (BDM) in collaboration with our product, legal, and research teams.

We are constantly focused on launching new yield products that offer unique benefits to our clients, including various types of funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Our BDM will play a key role in identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding and addressing their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products, leading and managing deals, and overseeing the entire deal cycle from initial outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products
  • Be responsible for clients including various types of funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure smooth deal closure
  • Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance
  • Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD)
  • Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies
  • Highly self-organized and disciplined
  • Ability to maintain a high work tempo
