Strategic Business Growth and Partnerships

We are looking for a Strategic Business Growth and Partnerships professional to join our team in China Markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic relationships with corporations, and expanding the team's presence in key China markets.
The candidate will work closely with the Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director to execute the business development strategy across the Greater China region, identify potential clients, and maintain client relationships. They will also be responsible for coordinating outreach initiatives, supporting participation in industry events and conferences, and preparing proposals and reports tailored to client needs.
Key qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within executive education, training, or corporate consulting. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is also essential for effective communication with Chinese clients.
