Business Development and Strategic Partnership Manager

Job Scope:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand Nexia's market presence.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry associations, government agencies, and private sector organizations, both locally and internationally (Asean, Japan & China).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead the development and execution of sales presentations and proposals.
- Represent Nexia at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Manage and track business development activities, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
Skills and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and strategic partnerships, preferably within the professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem, government bodies and industry associations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
