Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the defence sector locally and overseas by developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic partnerships with key clients in the defence sector
* Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies/business development plans
* Conduct market research to identify potential markets for products/services for both government and commercial sector clients
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business growth
* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales prospecting methods
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Requirements:
* Knowledge in Engineering/Business Management or equivalent
* Familiarity with the local Defence ecosystem and unmanned services
* System management experience is a plus
