Enterprise Sales Professional

We're seeking an Enterprise Sales Professional to join our Learning Solutions Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business and learning pilots across the Asia territory.
You will partner with Account Directors to drive demand for new product solutions within accounts and/or meaningfully upsell existing accounts across Asia.
Our team operates like a start-up, so we are looking for sales candidates with entrepreneurial DNA. You can handle ambiguity and improvise new processes when needed.
You are solutions-oriented, have a growth mindset, and are aligned with our belief that LinkedIn can enhance the government's ability to serve the public.
This is an 8-month maternity coverage role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain prospecting activity to build a healthy pipeline and increase revenue/market share
- Partner with Account Director to drive demand for new product solutions within accounts and/or meaningfully upsell existing accounts across Asia
- Establish executive-level relationships outside of HR, across different business units and technology departments
- Manage learning pilots and grow new business opportunities
- Serve as a strategic partner and expert on LinkedIn's Talent Development product offerings to drive solutions to customer problems
- Act as brand evangelist & coordinate customer engagement events across the region to promote LinkedIn Learning and Talent Solutions
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional sales partners
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of applicable business development/sales experience
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to service local clients in Hong Kong and Taiwan
