About the Role:

LXRN is seeking a high performing Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales for complex business offerings, with expertise in solution selling and managing the sales cycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a sales pipeline to deliver B2B sales to meet annual sales quota
  • Managing entire sales cycle from converting market qualified leads into pipeline opportunities, through to leading bids, negotiating with procurement, and securing contract signature
  • Becoming a brand ambassador for our company, to promote our E&C solutions to potential clients
  • Running outbound lead generation campaigns, including cold calling, utilising sales tools, to supplement inbound leads delivered by marketing
