We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Development Manager to join our global consumer brand division.

As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing business development activities in SEA with a primary focus on prospecting new opportunities in Beauty & Personal Care products.

You will work closely with the lead account manager to develop a regional account plan aligned with growth strategy, to achieve sales budget, target margin, and forecast accuracy, as well as lead generation and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the lead account manager to develop strong customer intimacy, and acquire a deep understanding of their business operations, brand strategies, and product lines.
  • Provide solid commercial support and coordination to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and supply.

You will manage projects from brief to adoption, attaining a clear understanding on customer briefs objectives and requirements, and following closely through the development process in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure these objectives and requirements are achieved.

You will bring in innovations and new concepts related to customers' products and ongoing projects by leveraging market insights and trends with the marketing team.
