Key Account Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales talent to join our team as a Key Account Business Development Manager. We are seeking someone who is passionate about technology and innovation, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to bring about greater value to our customers.
We require a candidate with experience in security, although it's not mandatory. What's more important is attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in cold-calls and cold approach will be beneficial. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a systematic approach to opportunity development.
The successful candidate will lead the generation of new sales opportunities, develop long-term customer relationships, and manage key accounts. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure prompt pre- and post-sales experiences for customers.
Responsibilities
- Leverage business networks to generate leads and opportunities
- Pitch to customers to achieve sales targets
- Buildd and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage key accounts and develop new sales from existing or new customers
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution delivery
- Ensure seamless pre- and post-sales experiences for customers
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in project sales
- Experience handling sales to MINDEF accounts is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Systematic approach to opportunity development
- Proven ability to develop new sales
- Strong experience in current account management and negotiation
- Energetic, dynamic, independent, and driven individual
What You'll Get

This figure includes a basic salary of approximately $60,000, plus commissions based on performance.
