Key Account Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at United Parcel Service Singapore Pte Ltd. as a Key Account Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to maintain, develop, and nurture relationships with key customers.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new sales prospects, managing client satisfaction, and increasing market share. As a Key Account Business Development Executive, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic solutions to customers and expand our portfolio of assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share through proactive sales strategies and effective relationship management.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new sales prospects and manage existing customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic approaches to provide solutions to customers and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in logistics or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Salary:$5,000 - $6,500 per month (depending on experience)
