Job Overview
Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Business Development Executive to join our team in Bendemeer. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, building strong relationships with key accounts, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives.

Estimated Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 per month, depending on experience, plus commission on top of basic salary.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute Key Account Plans & Strategies – Sales, Trade Activities
  • Lead Sales Team of Key Accounts, Sales Representatives, Sales Promoters to achieve business objectives/KPIs.
  • Formulate Job-Based Plans via understanding and analysis of accounts.
  • Implement and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
  • Budget management/Maximize ROI via strategic planning
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute effective sales activities and promotions, enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement
  • Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
  • Able to understand market/consumer demands and adapting accordingly
  • Build strong rapport with client to be top of mind for any initiatives
  • Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategy
  • Cross function management (e.g. Finance, Operations)

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
  • Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently, goal-oriented and organized team player.
  • Experienced in managing sales merchandiser/representatives will be a plus point.
