Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless delivery of our services to clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the accounting and financial services industry. You will be a highly motivated and organized individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • IDentify and target new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong relationship with clients

About the Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated at SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
