Marketing & Business Development Exec or Snr Exec Your key responsibilities would include (but are not limited to): Full scope of marketing and digital marketing work, including marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, design concepts, art direction, producing marketing decks and collaterals. Full scope of Business Development work, including collaborations, partnerships, and events management. Develop new marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products and increase sales. Support and work together with the Sales & BD team. Achieve contact and collaborations or partnerships with different brands or platforms. Generate brand recognition and marketing value among contacts in your networks, leading to successful collaborations and increased sales. Plan and arrange contracts for collaboration partners. Work with Marketing, Sales, and BD teams to plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive attraction and retail tourism sales and event sales. Oversee Company’s Above The Line campaigns and Below The Line advertising for brand and attraction marketing, including creative conceptualization, copywriting, brochure print, distribution management, campaign roll-out, and performance reporting through close collaboration with Marketing, Sales & BD departments, Ops department, and marketing and media agencies. Work with the team to ensure consistency and accuracy in brand identity and marketing. Lead long-term brand and marketing strategies, provide market insight to create a positive perception of the brand, and maintain the brand’s position as the leading Singapore brand in food gifting souvenirs. Collaborate closely with the team and third-party vendors and designers on brand marketing, brand narratives, key messages, and conceptualization. Develop trade marketing strategies and collaterals to maximize brand presence in identified overseas markets and across MICE & Trade channels for Tourism. Manage and ensure efficient use of Trade Marketing budget to achieve shared B2 B goals. Support and work with Sales and BD team for regional growth in assigned key markets (e.g., Japan, Asia, India) and prepare for inbound marketing execution according to the latest border measures. Formulate and implement sales and marketing campaigns related to tourism and events. Monitor & track campaign performance. Ensure accuracy of online content for all products. Provide market intelligence on overall e-commerce and business trends in the region. Execute pricing changes via channel managers in a timely and accurate manner. Perform online rate audits and resolve disputes among partners. Update weekly and monthly sales reports and assist with annual report preparation. Work closely with collaboration partners for business development. Assist in driving sales for special event promotions through marketing and campaigns. Requirements What we are looking for and believe you need as an ideal candidate: Strong experience in Marketing and Business Development. Preferably have experience in events management. Strong team player with initiative and high dedication, able to perform under pressure. Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Self-motivated with the ability to identify key marketing and Public Relations strategies. Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing websites, SEO/SEM. Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram and Google Analytics. Confident, meticulous, creative individuals with a strong sense of responsibility. Highly motivated and well organized with a sense of urgency. Able to work towards tight deadlines. Excellent command of English (written, verbal, and interpersonal) with strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong in Microsoft Office is a must. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree is required. Minimum 3 years experience.
