Key Account Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Woodlands.
This is a full-time position with 5 working days, offering a competitive salary of $3000 - $3500 + Sales Incentive + Transport allowances.
**Account Management Responsibilities**- Manage key account sales performance to meet or exceed annual sales targets and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at HQ level, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Liaise with buyers to stay updated on promotions, activation, and reviews, driving business growth through strategic planning.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions to optimize cost, sales, and volume effectiveness, while managing spend within allocated funds.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, logistics, purchasing teams) to resolve supply chain and customer service issues related to retailer activities.
- Lead the Sales Team in operational effectiveness, guiding Sales Executives in managing day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely updates on promotions activation and display guides in stores through regular Sales meetings.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to provide forward-looking promotional activity updates and address related matters.
