**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Woodlands.

This is a full-time position with 5 working days, offering a competitive salary of $3000 - $3500 + Sales Incentive + Transport allowances.

**Account Management Responsibilities**
  • Manage key account sales performance to meet or exceed annual sales targets and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at HQ level, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with buyers to stay updated on promotions, activation, and reviews, driving business growth through strategic planning.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions to optimize cost, sales, and volume effectiveness, while managing spend within allocated funds.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, logistics, purchasing teams) to resolve supply chain and customer service issues related to retailer activities.
**Sales Operation Management Responsibilities**
  • Lead the Sales Team in operational effectiveness, guiding Sales Executives in managing day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure timely updates on promotions activation and display guides in stores through regular Sales meetings.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to provide forward-looking promotional activity updates and address related matters.
  • Prepare and submit product promotion proposals for negotiation and execution.
