We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team at GEODIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth and development in key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, account management, and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in supply chain management and logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by understanding and meeting their specific needs and expectations.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Service Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with client agreements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and compliance across all operational activities.
- Proactive Problem Solving:
- Identify potential operational issues before they impact service delivery and implement proactive solutions.
- Resolve any client concerns or escalations promptly and effectively to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the client and internal teams to align on goals and objectives.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to key accounts, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve project goals.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
As a Senior Key Account Business Development Manager at GEODIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you can expect a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
