Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Developer to join our team at THE ONE PERCENT SG PTE. LTD.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client objectives and drive growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop customized presentations and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales goals and meet quotas.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:
  • Collaborate with the client's marketing team to design and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize multiple marketing channels (events) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create targeted sales materials, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on KPIs.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for sales and marketing inquiries.
  • Provide post-sales support and conduct regular business reviews to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal and External Teams:
  • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer service) to align strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Share market insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Track sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports on KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
