Job Description
  • Identifying Customers

Finding new and potential customers is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be responsible for researching target markets, identifying areas of growth, and developing strategies to capture these opportunities.

Closing Sales

You will be working closely with our sales team to negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close deals with existing and new customers.

Building Relationships

Maintaining contact with customers and following up to continue relationships is essential in this role. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Analyzing Markets

As a Key Account Business Developer, you will be responsible for researching target markets, analyzing trends, and developing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Preparing Reports

You will be required to complete monthly sales reports, providing insights into market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance.

Attending Events

Attending conferences and trade shows is an excellent opportunity to learn about new products, network with industry professionals, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Resolving Issues

You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, returns, price changes, and discounts, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Traditional Media

Familiarity with traditional media channels, including print and broadcast advertising.

Sales Presentations

Able to create engaging sales presentations that showcase our products and services.

Familiarity with social media platforms and able to utilize them to promote our brand and engage with customers.

Ability To Work Independently

Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions quickly.

Selling

Able to sell our products and services effectively, highlighting their value and benefits.

Compliance

Awareness of compliance regulations and able to ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with these regulations.

Driving License

A valid driving license, as occasional travel may be required.

Publicity

Able to manage publicity and promotional activities, including press releases and social media promotions.

Pricing

Able to set competitive pricing strategies that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.

Customer Relations

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
