We are seeking a skilled Key Account Business Developer to join our team at LE XIN CATERING GROUP PTE. LTD.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description- Identifying Customers
Finding new and potential customers is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be responsible for researching target markets, identifying areas of growth, and developing strategies to capture these opportunities.
Closing SalesYou will be working closely with our sales team to negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close deals with existing and new customers.
Building RelationshipsMaintaining contact with customers and following up to continue relationships is essential in this role. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Analyzing MarketsAs a Key Account Business Developer, you will be responsible for researching target markets, analyzing trends, and developing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Preparing ReportsYou will be required to complete monthly sales reports, providing insights into market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance.
Attending EventsAttending conferences and trade shows is an excellent opportunity to learn about new products, network with industry professionals, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Resolving IssuesYou will be responsible for handling customer complaints, returns, price changes, and discounts, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Trade Shows
Able to attend and participate in trade shows and industry events.
Traditional MediaFamiliarity with traditional media channels, including print and broadcast advertising.
Sales PresentationsAble to create engaging sales presentations that showcase our products and services.
SalesStrong sales skills, with the ability to negotiate prices and terms, and close deals.
Social MediaFamiliarity with social media platforms and able to utilize them to promote our brand and engage with customers.
Ability To Work IndependentlyAble to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions quickly.
SellingAble to sell our products and services effectively, highlighting their value and benefits.
ComplianceAwareness of compliance regulations and able to ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with these regulations.
Driving LicenseA valid driving license, as occasional travel may be required.
PublicityAble to manage publicity and promotional activities, including press releases and social media promotions.
PricingAble to set competitive pricing strategies that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
Customer RelationsStrong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Corporate CommunicationsAble to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and management.
