Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Development Professional to join our team at Commontown Private Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong background in sales and are passionate about building long-term relationships with clients.

Salary Range: ₹ 800,000 - ₹ 1,200,000 per annum

Roles & Responsibilities
  • To acquire in-depth knowledge of our B2B education technology products and stay updated on market trends.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international B2B clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • To proactively seek new sales opportunities through strategic networking, social media engagement, and cold calling.
  • To create and manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
  • To conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, informing sales strategies accordingly.
  • To craft and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products.
  • To negotiate contracts and close sales agreements efficiently, maximizing revenue growth.
  • To address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • To achieve consistently high sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or Business or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in SaaS or solution sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Strong client management and account servicing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
