About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the Manager to foster strong relationships with customers
  • Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender submissions
  • Provide input and assist with new digital and traditional marketing campaign
  • Develop an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools
  • Understand the market and find new avenues to generate business to hit department targets
Requirements:
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • With 5 years relevant sales experience
  • Class 3A/2B License
