Key Account Development Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our team at YOSHIMURA FOOD HOLDINGS ASIA PTE. LTD.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales growth of key retail accounts, monitoring their performance, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
You will liaise with supermarket personnel to secure best product display space and rental during promotion periods, achieve/exceed monthly sales targets, and develop strategies to enhance product visibility and performance across various channels.
In addition, you will conduct market visits to outlets, analyze trends in market dynamics, expand clientele base and key accounts through networking, cold calling, and social media channels, and manage merchandisers and promoters on their job performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma / Marketing / Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B or FMCG industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. excel, powerpoint
- A dynamic and highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively
- Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
