About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue from key accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales and customer service, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

Location
The role is based in East, with regular travel required to meet with customers and attend internal meetings.
