About the Role

">Responsibilities:
  • Support HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Manage office administration, including procurement, facilities management, and travel coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ministry of Manpower regulations and Labor Contract Law.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

">Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR support and office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
