Looking to hire an Administration Officer for Multi Family Office

**Role**
- Maintain office administrative systems and other administrative functions in the team, including filing of documents relating to company’s operations
- Manage office invoice payments, cash and expense reconciliation and all bank account matters
- Corporate Secretary Duties (Incorporation and Secretary documents preparation, Directors/Company Resolution Drafting, Secretary documentation filing) and any other related matters

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and attitude are key
- Organized, attention to detail and adaptable.
- High level of flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Highest professional work ethic and adherence to compliance standards.
- Corporate Secretarial experience preferred
- Diploma academic qualifications and above, 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Singaporeans preferred

**Salary**: up to **$4,800 **Monthly
