The Admin, Operation and Finance Officer is accountable to manage the admin, operation and finance functions within Company.
Assists the Chief Operating Officer in establishing operational procedures, finance accounts reconciliation and other admin duties (as and when required).
- Establishes the operational implementation of the procedures and workflows.
- In charge of daily accounts reconciliation, manpower rostering/ scheduling and other admin duties(as and when required).
- Conducts the monthly actual vs budget cost review
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years' experience managing Finance/Accounts and Operation related activities
- Exemplary skills with MS Excel/Google Sheets including data analysis (A big Plus)
- Proficiency with other MS Office Suite/Google Docs products
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation without authority
- Relevant experience in accounting
- Able to ramp-up quickly. Takes initiative and is a self-starter
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Problem Solver; able to think out of the box for creative solution.
- Able to handle pressure and keep to tight datelines & schedules.
