**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full spectrum of HR operations covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development, and etc.;
- Perform payroll functions including monthly payroll, CPF, and tax reporting.
- Handle full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement
- Handle all aspects of office administration including leave management, employee insurance schemes; workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement etc.;
- Manage employee lifecycle events including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding;
- Maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy and integrity;
- Support the development and implementation HR & Admin policies, procedures, and systems to support business growth;
- Delivery of HR & Admin initiatives and plans to support business growth;
- Participate in ad hoc assignment and projects.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience (preferably from financial institutions);
- Well versed in Singapore Employment Ordinance, CPF Ordinance, and employment compensation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent, and willing to take extra duties;
- Good commend in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and
- Cantonese);
- Immediate available preferred.
