Job Title: Secretary & Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary & Personal Assistant to join our team at AVA GLOBAL PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Chairman & CEO, including emails, meeting arrangements, and preparation of reports and documents.
  • Support the daily activities of the Chairman & CEO, including coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare presentation materials and coordinate activities as required.
  • Arrange travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
  • Attend to the Chairman & CEO's personal work and any other duties as required.
  • Explore business opportunities and follow-up on sales enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a diploma/degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Good initiative, well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Willingness to relocate to the West (near Gul Circle MRT).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work 5.5 days per week.
