Value Channel Manager, AP ISG Channel

- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintainstrong relationships with a select set of channel partners acrossthe Asia Pacific region (excluding China). Develop trust,alignment, and collaboration to drive mutual success through jointbusiness plans
- Enterprise SolutionsDevelopment: Work closely with partners to identify, develop, andexpand enterprise solutions opportunities. Tailor offerings to meetthe specific needs of target customers and drive profitablesales.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Providepartners with the necessary tools, training, and resources tosuccessfully sell and implement enterprise solutions. Support thepartner ecosystem through sales coaching, joint business planning,and opportunity development.
- StrategicPlanning: Develop and execute joint business plans with keypartners to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, andimplement go-to-market strategies. Drive consistent revenue growththrough targeted initiatives.
- Market Insight& Feedback: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, andcustomer requirements across the Asia Pacific region, feedingrelevant insights back to the internal teams. Assist in thelocalization of solutions to fit regional needs.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set performancemetrics for each partner, track progress, and report on keyperformance indicators (KPIs) regularly. Ensure continuousimprovement and achievement of targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teamsincluding sales, marketing, product management, and operations toensure alignment and support for partner-ledinitiatives.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in channel sales,business development, or partner management, with a strong focus onenterprise solutions. Proven track record of driving channel salesgrowth and working with strategic partners.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of theenterprise technology solutions landscape, including software,cloud, and digital transformation technologies. Experience workingwith enterprise customers and partners is a plus.
- Regional Expertise: Extensive experience in the AsiaPacific region (excluding China), with a strong understanding ofregional market dynamics, business culture, and partner ecosystems.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages(Japanese, Korean, etc.) is a plus.
- StrategicThinking: Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plansthat drive channel growth. Excellent problem-solving skills and theability to identify and address business challengeseffectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellentinterpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with theability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders bothinternally and externally.
- Travel: Ability totravel across the region as needed.
