**About the Job**:
Forescout is growing fast and is seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Distribution/Channel Development Manager for our ASEAN region. As the Distribution/Channel Development Manager - ASEAN you will report to Forescout’s Regional Director - ASEAN and be responsible for driving the channel development and enablement strategy within that region.
The Distribution/Channel Development Manager is responsible for working with our Value-Added Distributers in the region during the early stages of the Channel Lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to the Identification, Recruitment and Enablement phases of the channel lifecycle.
The Distribution/Channel Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring we have the right partners in each region who are enabled to meet the demands of the Forescout business. They will make recommendations for capacity planning ensuring we have the right expertise along the various Forescout Solution areas. The role requires Partner experience and understanding of the Channel. Personal relationships with Partners are an advantage in this role.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
- Directly engages with ecosystem partners and Value-Added Distributors to understand capability gaps within our existing ecosystem partners.
- Identify solution coverage gaps in existing markets with a view to increasing solution coverage.
- Identify future Forescout Partners to help meet the demands of the business.
- Engage APJ resources to assist in the development and execution of the above programs.
**Skills**:
- Understanding of ecosystems and channel GTMs
- Understanding of the various phases of the Channel Lifecycle, i.e. Identify, Recruit, Enable, and Execute
- Capacity Planning, i.e. Understanding of Solution and Geographic coverage gaps with a view to closing gaps
- Ability to work closely with the sales teams to introduce the right partners to meet customer requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity.
- Ability to achieve outcomes through influence.
- Astute student of the market - trends, models, shifts, innovators, disruptors
- Ability to develop partner metrics and use them to formulate recommendations and actions.
- Self-starter, highly responsible, deadline-oriented, and independent
- Action-oriented and results-driven; comfortable working with higher management and cross-functional teams.
