As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our IT channel partner network.
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Strategic Partner Identification**: Identify and assess potential channel partners, considering their compatibility with our products and services.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while actively seeking new collaborations.
- **Program Development**: Design and implement comprehensive channel partner programs, including incentive structures, marketing support, and training initiatives.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for channel growth.
- **Performance Tracking**: Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of channel partners.
- **Sales Growth**:Work proactively to achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue targets. Implement incentive programs and promotional activities to drive sales growth through channel partners.

- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
