Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating sales team members to explore more business opportunity with clients/advertisers.
  • Assist to prepare Company's business plan including sales strategies for the long-term development.
  • Establish annual sales budget and assign targets to sales team members
  • Ensure sales team members are on the right track in performing daily work and lead staff across sales admin/marketing/operation teams for smooth workflow
  • Implement market strategy with operational and sales-oriented thought, and guide the team to create and update Sales kit and other document the company needs
  • Provide business performance analysis and initiative progress to the management on regular basis.
  • Liaise with advertisers/agencies on various kinds of trading agreements to synergize the growth of MRT media business
  • Drive new business and innovative media executions for MRT

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in OOH media and/or transit media is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
