This role is suitable for personnel who has years of ops experience and looking to move into a trainer/hr role. We are looking to bring our brand overseas and we are building a training support team to organise training for overseas partners.


Responsibilities:


Learning and Development Needs

* Develop onboarding training module and in-house training manual

* Oversee and manage the end to end L&D process – develop in-house training plan and external training for supervisory/management level

* Coordinate and record of training activities, conduct staff orientation and evaluate training effectiveness

* Assist CEO and HR team to organise training for overseas partners

* Hosting of overseas training team and assist HR team in any ad học training related administrative work

Employee Engagement

* Enhance employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

* Support execution of programmes, initiatives and survey designed to improve employee engagement and well-being workshops and programmes

* Collate employee feedback and suggestions on organisation's employee engagement and wellness initiative

* Plan Company Annual event and other special events

* Conduct staff biyearly review and annual appraisal

* Perform remuneration benchmark against market


Workplace Safety:

* Conduct regular workplace risk assessments

* Adopt WSH technology and best practises to prevent accidents


Requirement:

* Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources

* At least 3 years’ HR/OPS experience in Learning & Development

* Experience in using HRMS

* Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally

* Have a positive mindset with openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that comes along

* Highly sensing and strong empathy 无我利他,向善向上

* Office is at Tai Seng

* May require to work on weekends because of training sessions

* Willing to accept any ad hoc roles and responsibilities assigned by management
